We are open for drop offs and pick ups from 8am-11am and again from 2pm-5pm. We strongly encourage that dogs are dropped off no later than 4:30pm so we are able to introduce them to their play group and ensure their comfort prior to our departure. While we do have a night staff that comes in from 9-10pm each evening, the dark can be a nerve inducing time for introductions with other dogs or staff. Guests checking out after 11am will be charged for that day of boarding unless they have been signed up for K9 Concierge Transportation home. Our K9 Concierge Transportations are generally completed during our midday break from 11am-2pm. **If your pup requires an arrival or departure outside of these times, please do not hesitate to contact one of our K9 Concierges and confirm availability.**
